I just want to thank Kia Roodepoort for such excellent work on my kia. firstly, i got the cheapest service quotation from Kia Roodepoort and not only that but they gave me a discount as well
my Fiance took the car in for me this morning, he had to go back to work and the MANAGER is the one that took it upon himself to drop him off at work... as if all the above was not enough, in my absentia they advised my fiance of what needs to be attended to at the next service and also made sure that my baby * the picanto * came back in tip-top shape - changing the wipers even though they were still in great working order and also cleaned my vehicle for me.
i know this may seem like something that a dealership would need to do when a vehicle goes in for a service, like it should be an expected obligation but this being my first car and the first time i have had to deal with servicing a car etc... i am glad to say that i am the happiest Kia customer that they could ever have and with no doubt in my mind, i know that when i do upgrade to a bigger car, kia will be the first to call
