Poor service back to Landrover for me

We bought a New Mercedes Viano March 2012 after trading our Discovery 3. We first experienced problems with the Viano at around 29000 km where we had to change all the tyres at a cost to us of R16000.00.The car has always been serviced at century city and always we had problem with poor service. Our latest incident started a month ago where the car went in for a service, when my wife fetched the car on the way driving back on the N1 the car just lost power and a truck almost slammed into her. In addition to this they removed the car seat put it back without tying the belts and our two year old son slammed to the floor. After this service there were problems with the wipers, when on the automatic function it goes on and of by itself randomly. The worst part of this is when the technical supervisor a certain gentleman named Clinton tried explaining us that when there is difference in lightning or shadow the wipers tend to go on and to cap it of he told us that he does not use this function on his car and drives with the wipers of. I wonder what this gentleman thinks of himself with this explanation. Nevertheless time for me to go and get a Disco 4 at Landroverwhere clients are valued
