We have been traveling for 8 hours and have set stops planned out, this engin being 1 of then. As ww stop there each year for refueling and rest stop. We enquired to use the bathroom and 1 attendant informed us that the bathroom is full and another that it is broken, and that they cant give us a key. I feel that this is a basic service that should be available for customers.
