Complaint / review / scam report
Our company rented a vehicle from Europcar Pretoria North, when I reached Kroonstad I realised that the vehicle had a slow puncture. I contacted them immediately and the call centre told me to exchange the vehicle at Bloemfontein Airport. When I got to the Airport I was told I had to complete a claim form for the tyre. They gave me a car that had a lot of scratches on it which was recorded on an inspection form which was signed by me and the inspector. When I got back to Pretoria North they asked me about the scratches which I then referred them to the Bloemfontein branch to request the inspection form which we completed. After failing to send the form and wasting an hour and a half of my time I was forced by the branch to complete another claim form, with the assurance that they will attached the Report form to the claim and that will be it, only to find out later that Europcar deducted over R8000 from our company credit card. I contacted the Bloemfontein branch several times for the form but received NO FEEDBACK or the report. They most probably deducted the person, who drove the car before me, account as well. I want all those reports
