Budget Rent A Car
Equesting my deposit back

When I returned the car on the 13/12/2013, I was advised that I will receive my deposit back of R1500.00 back within 7 days, I have not received any feedback up until I made a follow up today, I spoke to Emma and she told me that I will only receive the amount on the 30th December as her manager is on leave and there is no cash available, and I have advise her that I need the money for my debit orders and I don't want have a bad record. I'm not happy about the service if some-one goes on leave for any company, there must another person available to assist, I can't wait for the 30th December, I have left messages for Emma and Motlhalefi this afternoon to return my call but I have not received any feedback,
PLEASE ASSIST
