I have yet received feedback from Mary regarding goods taken by their staff members and she had asked why I did not supervise their workers (disgusting). In December I had hired the Alert Removals to assist with furniture removal from Durban to Johannesburg and made a full payment to the company and of course I expected better treatment. I was informed that they would deliver my parcels on a Wednesday at 2am and they arrived at 6am and of course it is a working day so I had to get ready for work while they brought the furniture in and once they had left I realized my money from the side table under a box and my bag was gone and a cellphone in my cupboard. I then called your offices and laid a complaint with Mary who firstly asked me "why did you not supervise them while they were working", is it my job to supervise your workers? then she went on to say she'll investigate and revert back to me and so I waited. Today I send her an email stating my disappointment in the lack of customer service and she gives a stunning reply I quote "Hi can you please explain what you are talking about". Talk about service I wrote this so the nation knows about this company and how they operate!!
