I requested a quote for furniture removals from Queenstown, EC to Cape Town on 17Nov13. On 18Nov I received a quote for removals from DBN to Cape Town. I then responded by saying that it is from Queenstown, Eastern Cape and NOT Durban, which they rectified on 19Nov13.We then made dates for the fetching and delivery dates which were 11 December (fetch) and 14 or 15 December (deliver) respectively. On 11dec I had to contact them to find out if and when the furniture had/will be picked up. I was informed that the trucks were delayed due to Madiba's memorial. Why did nobody take the initiative to tell me this? On 12Dec I get an email stating that they made a mistake and quoted me from Queensburgh to CT - the updated Quote clearly stated Queenstown. How is it possible to take a month to figure this error out? Furthermore, they tell me my delivery won't be possible at all. They have wasted a month of my time. I need this furniture ASAP and now I'm stuck. Shocking customer service. So dissapointed.
