I booked the single seater silver package for my boyfriend for his birthday. We were told to be there at no later than 13:15 and he only got to drive at about 15:45. They book more or less 22 people whilst they only have 5 cars. They promise 8-10 laps and he only got about 6. His car was not as fast as it it advertised to be. On the website it says that the driver will be put in a simulator which never happened, there was only a playstation 3 racing game. We had no champagne podium event afterwards nor did we receive any personalised branded car with the company name and driver surname on it. The staff was very rude and disrespectful! Even swore at us. Very disappointed and will not book anything through them ever again!
