DREADFUL SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP

In October 2012, My fiance purchased a canon camera for me at Game. It was advertised that this deal came with a free photography course. In JULY 2013, I telephoned Unyathi at Game in Vincent Park to explain that the free course voucher did not reflect any places in East London where I could do the free course. I was told to send my query in writing with copies of relevant receipts etc to her at email address [Email Removed] which I did. I heard nothing and continued to email and query why I had not received a response. Finally I received a response from Mark who advised me that there were no courses in East London, only in PE I advised him that I was not happy and that the salesperson had said it came with a free course and I should not be disadvantaged because I live in EL. To-date this issue has not been sorted out, despite me advising I am not happy with the outcome and that Mark needs to sort this out. The service was Game is ridiculously non-existent and is laughable. I personally avoid buying from Game but in this instance it was a gift from my fiance. I am still waiting for Game to come back to me with a viable solution (4 months after reporting my complaint
