Why do I have to phone and request an invoice? And then you call centre lady won't assit she tells me to go to the website?

Why can't you just email it like Europcar?

If you have the process in place to finalise the rental and deduct money from my credit card, have the courtesy and the process to send me an invoice.

Last tiem I'll be using you.
