Received various quotes to move furniture from Western Cape to Mpumalanga and decided on Global Removals who wasn't the cheapest but the only company to personally call me back and ensured me of their best service and quality. Dates were agreed upon and I did a EFT for the full amount. It is now 8 days after the agreed collection date and after many new commitments, promises and I had to place the furniture in storage and are in the process of getting quotes to have the furniture moved. I demanded a refund from Global without success.
