Worst customer service

My name is Kyle. I signed a contract with Philip, a sales representative late November, for a BMW GS F800 (Pre-Owned). I was told that I needed to have a learners license to complete the contract and that I had to have it latest by the 27th of December or the contract would be null in void. I assured Philip that although my learners expired while I was out of the country I would have a new one well before the 27th of December. He stated that that was the quickest sale he had ever made. Needless to say I was able to book my license three days later for the 10th of December and let him know that all the paperwork he required would be with him by the 10th. Today I receive a voice mail telling me to please call him back, when I call I was told that the bike had been sold a week ago. I was quite shocked that I was not informed that they had a potential buyer before it was sold because in my mind I had a contract to buy the bike. Needless to say I accepted it and he assured me he was going into a meeting today at 12pm with his BMW Pre Owned Manager and that he would try find another bike for me and give me a call at 12:30 letting me know the outcome. I am still waiting to hear from him...
