I paid for delivery which was 48 hours, although i did in fact receive a damaged package after spending R1600 on the item, it then got collected and resent from the supplier, and was fetched from them over 24 hours ago, it was then sent out for delivery this morning at 6:46 am, and has to go from Midrand to Ruimsig... roughly 40km... and now they tell me they are running late, as they left late... I don't see why this is my issue, as I'm currently still waiting at work in the rain after hours when work is closed, when i keep getting told il be contacted back after they will contact the driver... really annoyed and frustrated... the only better thing i have to do here at work is complain about this shocking service... appalling.
Please don't reply saying sorry for the service, as nothing will ever be done about this, sorry means nothing these days... i rather want my money back for the delivery as i first received my packaged damaged, now i have to waste time to get another and pay for speed delivery when there's nothing fast about this apart from how fast i can complain to Hellopeter for everyone to see... Am i wrong? I have now driven to meet the driver... thus essentially fetched it
