The AA took 3 days to sort out a flat tyre and I lost 5 hours of work which cost R2000.00. They used a third contractor who did not do the job properly and ruined the nut... the Car had to be taken to Fiat which cost R583 of which I emailed AA and have had no response in phone call after sending emails of proof of receipts.
Kerry Moss knows the entire story and managed it well - but something has got lost and it is not completed?
Kerry Moss is an Excellent Employee but obviously needs the assistance from everyone involved!
Audit copies of the third party would be required for the client.

Signed Confirmation that none of my Points or Tows have been used in the AA due to their Error.
Senior executive to contact me as the email returns a reply about buying membership instead of sorting out a client.
I am expecting a call this morning to settle the matter and discuss the loss of income.
