It started out when my wife asked Aran Movers for a quotation. It was supplied and my wife was happy with the quote, after a lot of back and forward arguing about Tom forcing us to take his insurance as we won't be covered and our insurance is not good enough we eventually got the head legal adviser from our insurance involved to say he has never heard of such nonsense in his life,
After that argument was over he pulled the next and not answering my wife for 2 weeks for confirmation of our truck arrival date he sends us a Invoice for double the price of what we were quoted, I understand a few boxes here and there give or take but double the price now???
This is the worst service I have ever had from any company.
If this is the way Aran gets their business then I will make sure that Tom's doors are closed,
I now need to pay extra where I am booked in, the house we were supposed to move into on Yesterday the 19th is now open and I have to pay occupational rent their as well.
I now have to fly up to Johannesburg and sort this out, taking time off work etc
Someone is going to pay for this
