Poor service delivery

Dear Sir/Madam

I am the owner of a 2011 Polo 1.6 TDI with the following details:

Model: 6R1344
VIN: AAVZZZ6RZBU073899
Engine: CLN163230
The above vehicle presented with a problem of losing coolant with no visible signs of coolant loss. The vehicle was subsequently handed in at Newcastle Volkswagen on 03 January 2012 for assessment and repair. After a week I contacted Newcastle VW to find out what was the problem as they had failed to keep me informed as to the progress on the repair of the vehicle. I was told that there was a problem with the Cylinder Head & the said component was to be stripped and sent away for inspection and evaluation of damage.
It is now approximately 3 weeks that my vehicle is at Newcastle VW service centre & I still don't know what the problem with the vehicle is & how much longer will my vehicle be at the workshop.
I will be very grateful if you could please investigate this issue and inform me accordingly on progress, etc.
I am a very disappointed VW owner.
VW South Africa did respond to the above mail sent them. After their intervention they promised to return the car on 29.01.13 but to no avail. Pls assist
