DISGUSTING SERVICE!!

On the 22nd Nov I spoke to Sue at George branch to get quote from parcel to be collected from Durban to George. She informed me it would be R91.50. I asked her to go head and I paid the amount only to be told she incorrectly quoted me!!! The amount was actually R151.00 - I paid the difference - sent her both proof of payments and she emailed me to say she has put in the order.
On 28th Nov our supplier in Durban informed me parcel still not collected. I contacted Sue via telephone and spoke to Jeffrey (manager) who told me she was off that day so I explained the situation to him and he said he would follow it up. After some time, still no response from him so I called him again. He then said he doesn't know what happened with Sue's order but the earliest he could get parcel to us would be by the 2nd Dec. I said this was fine and he sent me an email to confirm this.
On the 2nd Dec, our supplier informed us parcel still not collected!! I then emailed the George branch but no response!! Eventually I sent another email to say I cancel the order and demand a refund. The only email I received back was a copy to me stating order to be cancelled. Emailed 2x, still no response.
