Good day I would like to bring to your attention that two days ago I bought a few things at your shop which included a sausage roll, when I started eating it, it smelled a bit sour but I didnt pay too much attention to it and continued to eat it, when I was about half way through it got to a sinew which I pulled out and decided not to continue eating it. later that day I started getting stomach cramps and my tummy started running very badly. this continued for about two days. when I reported it this morning to the manager she said well sorry we cannot be held liable for the sinew and i told her this is not about the sinew it is about the fact that the pie was off, oh ok ill tell the manufacturer was her response, I will tell the people about this horrendous service and the no care attitude, I at least expected a asorry - nothing more
