Good Day,
I had my car's shocks tested on their machine on the 23/11/2013 and rear shocks
had to be replaced. The lady attending to my request gave me a quote.
On the 6th December 2013 I went in to have them replaced. The Manager attended to me
and gave me a new price. I mentioned that I had a quote but didn't have it with me but he wasn't
even interested in looking it up. He was very abrupt. They are a member of RMi. I apologized to him for me wasting his time and went to Tonnesen's fitment centre where I got excellent service.
