PATHETIC SERVICE NO ASSISTANCE

I sent my scooter in 4 times to WestRand and everytime I get it back with more problems. They have also not returned my Warrenty book. I have been riding with it, no power, when starting it for the first time there is no response on the throttle, and it feels like the same thing as before, stop go stop go. They had me buy items for the bike that didn't need to be replaced (as they guessed it MAY be this and that also items that they exchanged on their cost and all these items also did not fix the problem! I drove it as is, as I can't afford to take it back for another week, to be told AGAIN that they are not sure what is wrong, it may be this or that, change things, pay for it, not pay for it - whatever - and still get it back in a worse condition! The kilos are now 4271. This bike is still brand new, and should not be giving the type of problems it is yet. I had a Conti and for 2 years it never gave me any problems. And then they that I had it there 4 times when contacts them. I am dealing with Martie who told me to take it back and pay for what needs to be replaced!!! WHY, SO IT STILL DOESN'T WORK?!? I am very upset & unhappy and wish I never bought a BigBoy product!
