We booked a move with Arbor because they had the friendlies and most efficient service. Little did we know that all their helpfulness was just a fad to get their customers. Thereafter they couldn't care less;we had to move my husband's mom's, who passed away, house up to Jo'burg from White River into a store and a few things to be delivered at home They promised that the truck will be there around Lunch time on Sunday, regarding the fact that we still had to drive the 4 hrs back home. The truck was late, we phoned, only to hear that they are still busy with the previous load and will be there around 16h/17h, which ofcourse, came and went only to hear, from the Driver (Brenda wasn't picking up her phone) that he will only be at our loading space around 18h. So we had to leave, leaving brenda and the neighbour in charge of the onloading.(eventually she answered). The truck only arrived 20h30! Offloading in Johannesburg was suppose to be at 12h, again. When we tried to phone Brenda, she never answered nor did she return our calls. EVENTUALLY one of her staff members, Elna, helped us. The truck only arrived at 23h on the monday. We are very disappointed in the way they handled the situation
