What part of 'unsubscribe' isn't clear?

I've been asking Club McCarthy to take me off their e-newsletter database for months. But I keep on getting the newsletters. I cancelled my membership to the club two YEARS ago (2011) because it wasn't worth being a member, but suddenly this year started getting newsletters. I've begged, pleaded, threatened, spammed them back, nothing works! They write back each time confirming I'm unsubscribed but the darn things keep on coming.
I hate the Group - first they sold the car I wanted, then the salesman about the specs of the car I did buy, the maintenance contract didn't cover what I'd been told it did (in writing), the car arrived with mechanical problems and had to be fixed five times in three months before it was OK (it took months to get their famous McCarthy 'check list') and the Club is rubbish (the one time I needed their 'emergency service' there was a five-hour wait!). So why would I trust or want anything that they tell me in an e-newsletter? I just want them to take me off their mailing list, leave me alone and let me forget that I ever bought a car from McCarthy Motors. What part of that don't they get???
