I had hit a pot hole. My tyre burst and there was no damage to the exterior of my car but my car refused to start. My insurance Company managed to alot of things up. Since i drive a Ford car i decided to call Ford Assist after not getting any joy from my insurer. The technician from AA insurance (part of the Ford protection plan) was there in less than 30 mins. Before i could even say thank you the tow truck was there to pick up my car. The guys at Ford Umgeni were on my case like a bad rash. My car was out before i could even think about car hire. THANK YOU FORD KEMPSTER UMGENI. I BLESS FOR THE FORD PROTECTION PLAN.
Its amazing what ups insurance companies can be but Ford UMGENI DURBAN just made my life a whole lot easier; from friendly efficient service (my car was back in less than 6 hours), to hot chocolate and muffins and a shuttle service to ensure a hassle free journey to work and back to pick up my car. i am one super satisfied customer. oh and well done to AA insurance for great customer service. I am definately changing and joining AA.
