Our car was taken to Randfotein PB by Momentum Insurance on the 25th Oct 2013, after it has been and recovered. To this day I have not received and feedback from the PB. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get feedback from them with no luck, I decided to use insurance to get feedback and the answer given was the car has been completed and will be issued before the 27th Nov and we did not get it. I went to PB premises on the 2nd Dec only to find the car incomplete, that means they about a car being complete. They claimed to be waiting for parts from Hatfield VW Sandton, I contacted VW and they said as far as the are concern they do not have outstanding parts for Randfotein PB, another lie. I have been trying to cantact a woman named Tammy since yesterday and still she is not available to speak to me, and there is no one who can help. Even Momentum Insurance themselves cannot get hold of Tammy. My car have been with them for 7 weeks now, no completed, they cannot commit to when they can complete it, they have bad attitude, they have been lying and I'm very helpless ant the moment.
