I plan to move from Gauteng to an area in KZN where there is no near official agent. I sent an enquiry to Head Office querying whether there was any plan to open a branch in that area and if not could they recommend somebody for servicing. No answer to either question.
I resent the email to a specified person at Head Office with a confirm receipt marker. The mail was read but no reply.
I did mention in both emails that I was a Honda Car owner and was considering the purchase of another Honda, which was true. However this begs 2 questions 1. Does HONDA SA care. 2. If there is a Customer Service Department what do they do and is anyone there?
