Robert Broom Motors
Petrol Spill

On 16 May 2013, I asked the attended to fill up my car, while quickly went to buy something from the store. On my return I noticed petrol under my car and saw that 50.34 liters was pumped according to the petrol pump, although my car can only take 45 liters and I still had some petrol left when I stopped at the service station. I questioned the attended, but he said it was the over flow on my tank. I approached the so called manager (Renier) but he also said the problem was with my car's over flow and although it was unacceptable that the pump attended didn't stop it, before such 'n lot of petrol was waisted, there was nothing that he could do, but he would brought it under the secretary's attendance the next day.
We phoned her the next day and insisted that she look at the CCV camera's, but only got a very snotty attitude and remark that only the owner can have a look at the camera's. Up to date I have not heard anything.
I have taken photo's at the scene and is going to forward this to Total's Head Office.
