Your service is so bad and disgusting i actually wonder how you're still in service. How do you lose a whole big box and you can't even provide an explanation of how it got lost. I actually have a feeling that it was not lost but by one of your employees. My business has to stand still and be delayed with payments while you're still getting your fat payment from Justine. I don't know if you guys are actually running a mickey mouse business or what but it's disgusting and you need to be put out of business. I will keep sending numerous complaints to Avon/Justine until they change you because this just can't go on!!!
