I took my car to car service city in Umhlanga village for servicing. After the service i was given a list of faults which includes my back brakes (quoted R1400 to fix them) that are faulty and the rear tail light globe is burnt (which i didnt notice) along with engine flush and soe other stuff which i paid around R400 extra for apart from their service charge.
They changed the globe but put in a 1 filament globe instead of a 2 filament which my car takes. So everytime i braked my dim lights went on which led to other drivers thinking im flashing them every time i break. This was frustrating. I didnt do the breaks that day as they closed at 12pm and didnt have time to do it. I took my car to a mechanic for a second opinion and was told my breaks are good and theres nothing wrong.
Really? why must they rip people off and give bad service at the same time!
