We arrived at Engen One Stop Langebaan on Sunday afternoon last week 25 September after a day out viewing the flowers. I had my elderly 82 year old mother and 2 young children in the car. We needed to fill up with Diesel before heading back to Cape Town. Engen One Stop had run out of Diesel and was waiting for the truck. They could not tell us when the truck was arriving. I did not want to waste unnecessary diesel driving back into Langebaan to go to another service station without knowing for sure they had diesel. I asked the Langebaan Engen if they could phone and confirm whether any service stations in Langebaan had Diesel - they were just so not bothered and just said they don't know! I always use Engen and was very disappointed in their indifference and uncaring attitude. Thankfully Total Garage in Yserfontein came to our rescue with Diesel and very friendly service!
