Trying to book my sons car in for a service, I call this morning, line busy which is fair enough, after holding on for an age they take my name and number to call back. Hours later I call again, now service is in a meeting - does that mean that NOT ONE person is taking service bookings. One word - pathetic. and looking at the complaints on this site has just ensured that I will not be using them.
