In November 2012 I contacted Sullivans Auto Sales reg a BMW 318 ti 2003, that was for sale by them for R85 000.00. Jacques Venter is the sales person I spoke to. He did the whole transaction with me via fax, applied for auto loan by NEDBANK ect..He assured me via e-mail, that the car is in good condition with no damages on the body. I took his word. The day after I received the car (week later), having a closer look, I saw dent on rear left, and long scratch mark on roof. The "little" hole in seat was not fixed as promised. Two days later I noticed smoke comming outa exhaust. Phoned Sullivans and was told to take car to RMI registrd workshop to. At the workshop, I was informed that the Warranty will only be useble after I have car serviced. Sullivans never informed me about that!!! It is going to cost me R3000-00 to have the smoke problem repaired and now Sullivans demand that only they may do repairs, 400km from where I am staying. Informed Sullivans that I will bring the car, and when I did so, I was treated badly and told I must bring the car in January! I wil not go back to that place. Now I am stuck with R85000 DEPT and car I cant use!!!
