From the moment I walked in Moosa the owner had a bad attitude. I had to wait while he was talking to someone behind the counter. He seemed irriated that I the customer, needed to be attended to. I explained I had a GPR 200 Big Boy, that is my son's for an electrical repair. Immediately he said, oh that is going to cost a lot, because he has to trace the problem and that is R250 per hour, and " CUSTOMERS" complain when he charges them R1500 for an electrical repair. I said well i hope its something small. He said that it could take 5 minutes he can't tell. I said well he can charge he what he likes, as I would not know how long it took. He said to me in that case I can take my son's bike down the road for a repair. He is aggressive and places all customers in the same category that they all are going to complain about what he charges. I don't believe that he is a good brand ambassador, and is giving BIG BOY a bad name.
