I have had a year of atrocious service especially from the spares department at Polokwane McCarthy (Mahindra) - wrong spares, no stocks, no feedback, no communications, Dealer Principal no effort to address incompetent and lazy staff. Latest problem - I have been waiting for over a month for a door lock mechanism - I am driving around with the door held shut with a strap - very embarrassing and very poor advert for the franchise and Mahindra in general. Altogether a poor show.
