I purchased a Mahindra XUV 500 from Mahindra South in Agust last year, the vehicle has had a number of repairs done to it and i am still waiting for parts that were ordered 1 1/2 weeks ago and also a phone call from them to explain to me what is wrong with my car. I have truly never in my life and all the years that i have owned a car experienced such bad after sales service as i have experienced at this dealership, the workshop is grooty, and their seems to be no skill at all from their technicians.
Needless to say i will be moving my business to Mahindra Alberton, and South will never see me again.
IF Mahindra intend to break the South African market they will need to weed out these type of dealerships and drastically improve their after sales service.
