Salesman: "Chasing profit, not numbers"

1. We went to Mahindra Bethlehem in the past also to buy a Mahindra Scorpio SUV and the dealer said that it's not even available yet in SA. A week later it was delivered to our door from Jhb!

2. On Monday afternoon we went to find out about a Mahindra scorpio single cab, the price was almost R20 000 more in Bethlehem than in Jhb. The comment of the salesman was to us that they chase profit, not numbers! With that attitude we turned around and bought our second Mahindra in 6 months from a Bryanston Johannesburg! NO fuss no stress. GOOD SERVICE in JHB!!!

3. Our new, 6 month old, 10 000km SUV's driver seat sponge are separating on the inside and making a split visible without even sitting on it. We went to Bethlehem Mahindra to get it replaced, for that surely must still be under warranty. The dealer just said that they will take the seat for a whole day, giving it to a local repairer and FIX it!??? Not even once did he pick up the phone and called to see if we can get it exchanged for it is only 6 months old!

Very unsatisfied with the service and attitude of Mahindra Bethlehem! Will never ever go there again! Rather from JHB!!!
