Disgusted and disappointed

I purchased a brand new polo 2012 and have my car for just over a year. The car went for a service at Barrons VW in Bruma and a day later my car light up and burnt on the left side of the vehicle. Barrons VW sent out a flat bed to collect my car and this was on the 7 Nov 2013, i then received a long questionaire from VW SA and someone called to advise me that i need to answer the questions and send it back and we will have a response in one day. I have also contacted Barrons VW and they have told me that the matter is no longer in there hands. This has been such a inconvenience in my life that i cannot even get to work because my vehicle is still at VW with no response from anyone. I would like this matter resolved as quick as possible as my job is on line. I have always choosen VW over any other brand but i am now extremely disappointed in what has happened and the lack of interest in VW. I am actually disgusted.
