My VW was sent for repairs to Motorbake. We removed all valuables from the car before leaving the centre. The car's manual, service history and logbook was left. We realised when collecting the vehicle that the logbook was removed from the vehicle. A family photo and receipt that was in the book was removed and left in the car. We immediately informed personnel who promised to call us back on the following Monday. To date no-one has contacted us. The Logbook has a direct influence on the re-sale value of the vehicle and has no benefit to another person. We also noted that the car had 'over spray' left which indicates a poor job. The no-care attitude of the company is very disheartening.
