Were to even begin Ryan Rispin is worse than useless dosnt even know what he is doing but yet he is still managing the service department. He dose not know what he is doing and just cocks up things on an on going basis that comes from many a customer or rather ex customer of Pinetown Service. but it dosnt even stop there it even goes to national management national customer manager Max Germini dosnt even respond to issues on this matter. I have got together with others who have the same issues and a story will be told in the Sunday Paper very soon. We as a group have contacted Carte Blanch and are working on our story for them to then have a look into it. Its unbelievable all we wanted was answers but all we got was silence and no response witch has pushed us to take this route. Dont bother contacting me as it is now too late this is just to inform you as to what is coming your way. And will NEVER buy a Hyundai or REFER a Hyundai again. Goodbye and Good riddance.
