I took my car to them on Monday just to get a few scratches and mirror replaced and they even told me I will have my car by Friday. when I called them on Friday they say my car was being washed as it was ready. then when I get to pick it up they start off with storiea about my insurance not paying them when they know well they didn't send the invoice through. and after I talked with insurance they change their stories to say they are in fact not done with repairs. they can't meet their promises and thanks to them I missed a trip I had scheduled to take for the whole weekend. a trip that took me months to organise is just now in vain.
