Very bad service and poor quality

I bought a new Kia optima in 2012 october. The steering wheel of this car started to peel-off from 15 000 kilos and I reported it. they took photos and they said they must send the claim to Korea. till today nothing is happening after more than 8 months. the car has just been a problem to me bcos it pulls to the left and nobody can get it right. i am still drivibg the new car with very old steering wheel. Now they want to refer me to a local guy to smear it and they are blaming everything to the lotion that i am using which they din't even make any tests. KIA must just take back this rubish so that i can buy any car where they understand what is warranty and quality. this is the biggest mistake i made to buy looks and forgot about quality. The service is bad very bad. i dont want to drive kia in my life time if this is what i get.
