On the 20-11-13 @ Approximately 20:15, i went to the Total Service station at gateway, on arriving to fill up, i noticed half of the pumps closed, i get to a pump, and after waiting a few minutes i got out of my car to see what was going, (a couple minutes is a long time in a service station, as it is a SERVICE station), the pump attendant approached me and said that he is sorry, but they only have THREE guys on shift, and that there were only two on shift, but they managed to get one more to come.

The next day i called the office and spoke to the general manager, he told me that his boss made a decision to close half the pumps down as well as only keep FOUR people on night shift. i asked him to get his boss to call me.

The boss called me about half an hour later, and i confirmed what the general manager had to say, saying that it does not warrant them to keep alot of staff at night, and that his nbs STUART LOFTHOUSE, said it was okay for him to do so.

If thats the thinking that the owner and his nbs have, i will definitely not be filling at Total Gateway again.

its a pity though, the site looks so nice after the revamp, but the service has dropped.
