I bought a new car from Kia on December 2012. I immediately experienced problems with the car. It had handling problems and steering issues. The car was unstable at highway speeds and lost control easily under braking or emergency stops. The steering was never straight and the car always pulled left. After complaining repeatedly they did a "campaign" on the car but that did not resolve the issue. Wheel alignment was done on the car over 5 times and that did not resolve the problem either. Eventually a shock test was done and found that the shocks on the car were all badly worn. As time progresses from day one, the handling got worse and the car had a terrible hard ride. It bottoms out over bumps and rattles severely. Driving in the rain was a big challenge as the car cannot stay in a straight line. This car is dangerous and should not have been sold to anyone in that condition. I took the matter up with them and they said they will do a warranty claim on the shocks. But their warranty department only agreed to replace the rear shocks. I was unhappy about their decision and went to their head office to lay a complaint. No response from them up to now. The car is unsafe to drive.
