Hi Peter, there seem to be a trend at McCarthy Bruma to badly handle customers. I have made them aware so many times about the careless environment they operating on... Service there has become below par. I am not sure if Toyota as a company will appreciate what McCarthy Bruma staff handle us as clients. When taking my car for a service, the cable tires for the wheels were not put back and as a result of that negligence by technicians i have lost wheel caps through a long distance trip. Bongani who is the service advisor blames it on me now that i took long to report. After the car service, the tires were not the priority or concern than checking if the car is serviced properly. in fact i had no worry as i had assumed, if they take something out, they will put it back... it's only ethical for a service provider to do that... can you please assist me to escalate this further as i have had a lot of emotional stress and abuse from McCarthy Bruma... i am even considering to trade in my car which i love so much and buy another brand... i have come to hade the name Toyota. These McCarthy people do not even show remorse for their bad behaviour. All they know is to fight customers
