I recruited UPS to import some goods for me and from day one I had nothing but mistakes, bad service, empty promises and lack of feedback.
Its terrible to think a company such as UPS does not give a dam about the customer who is paying. They do not want to know you unless you can pay them large sums of money.
An airfreighted order also took over a month to get to SA with loads of begging as to where my goods were and why they were taking so long.
