My 2 month old Battery has burned on 09/11/2013 till date I have not recieved any comfort, The worst service I have ever recieved Wouter Venter who is the regional Manager has bad telephone manners does'nt call me back when he say's he will & Keeps blaming my car for the damage of the Willard battery & till date the lab report has not been issued. I even agreed they come look at my car as I believe my car does'nt have any electrical problems, It's got a year warranty on the battery & all I want is a refund. Lastly the representive for Willard Piet has also not gotten back to me.
