In Mid October I ordered a new Ecosport and acccepted the above companies quote, I have by mtself asked the dealer for information regarding Delivery. What annoys me is I have to chase them for the smallest amount of information. They do not keep in touch at all. This last weekend I went into the dealership and was told Motorvia were on strike they will get back to me first thing Monday morning, at 10h30 I phoned the sales person concernd (Kuugan Moonsamy) and was told I would recieve a call from Claire Farrell (Ss Manager)
I phoned Claire at 2.00pm and was then informed that the ship wasn't ven in Durban Two different stories from the same dealer?? I am now so frustrated with information and the lack thereof. AS THE SAY "BUYER BEWARE"
