I had previously logged a complaint with ref: McCarthy Customer Care - Complaint - 00000980 which they actioned some but i am still waiting for the service book since i bought my car there on 12 June 2013 (5months) I wonder if this is the service they offer to customers always. I always call Kashen to enquire and he gives me false promises telling the driver will deliver today, then it will be a week still waiting. I have used much airtime on which if i had bought it maybe will be left with change. I have taken my Car to Killarney toyota for service without the service book, when i called Kashen he promised to drop the book there while it was on service so that they will stamp it then. Please advise as i am now fed up with this type of bad service
