I bought a Toyota Auris in December last year already now its August and I have still not received the service book and I'm really not happy with your service
I called Archie Crain he promised to follow up but he never did anything about my query until this day, is this type of service you give to you customers???
please note I have done my part I've called over and over again I won't be calling anymore and I also won't be fetching the book anywhere I want it delivered to my work place ASAP
