I recently took my car for a service at McCarthy VW, Pine Street. After I picked my car up, that afternoon I checked the service book and noticed it had'nt been filled in. When i emailed my service advisor querying this, I received no response on the matter. When I was called by McCarthy to rate the service i received, I told the lady my service book was not stamped and she told me she will get someone to pick up the book and have it stamped. That was a month ago, to this day I am still waiting.
