On the 4th of October 2013, at 14h28pm I got a call from an unknown male who told me that he bought my car and it was giving him problems. When I asked what car was he talking about as I have never sold a car and where did he get my cell phone number from? He told me that it is a Polo 1.6 and he got my details from your branch after calling them as the last service record shows that it was done at Car Service City.

I was very disappointed and upset that they passed my information to a stranger without consultation and consent. The worst part is that the very same car was a wright off.
This branch has repeatedly showed lack of professionalism as I have previously had a complaint after servicing the very same car with them last year November.

This is a breach of customer confidentiality as I have never signed a clause which permits your company to share my personal information with anyone.

I sent them a complaint letter about this on the 20 and a follow up on the 22nd October and up to date no one has acknowledge receipt of my email including from Marvin who is the owner of the branch and Natasha Botha Customer Relation of Car City Holdings.

They offer the worst service ever.
